How is this different from Claude for Chrome?

Claude for Chrome restricts some site categories and runs its own browser. Actionbook drives your everyday Chrome with no site blocklist, so Claude can act on finance, trading, and any other site, in your own logged-in session.

Does this work on my Claude plan?

Custom connectors are available on supported Claude accounts. If you see "Add custom connector" under Settings, then Connectors, you can connect Actionbook.

What can Claude do in the browser once connected?

Open pages, click, fill forms, search, screenshot, and read what actually renders, on any site your browser can reach, including the ones you are logged into.

Will Claude see my passwords?

No. Actionbook drives your existing Chrome session, so Claude never receives your passwords. Your logins stay in your own browser.

Can Claude act without asking me?

You stay in control. For anything that submits, downloads, or changes a logged-in site, tell Claude to confirm with you first.

Open Claude’s connector settings
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose “Add custom connector”.
